Nicole is a 25 year old young professional from Dallas, Texas. She currently heads up Social Media marketing at SMASHD, a start up mocktail company. She competed in the Miss Texas Organization for five years holding four different titles. Her proudest achievements include when she was Miss Frisco and placed 2nd Runner Up to Miss Texas 2023, and receiving the Character and Evening Gown awards.

Joe Nyahay is an entrepreneur with a background in engineering and marketing, where he honed his skills in problem-solving and driving innovation. Transitioning from the corporate world to founding a thriving marketing agency, Joe is passionate about perseverance, personal growth, and empowering businesses to define their audience and amplify their success.
Sidharth Ramsinghaney
Sidharth is a Director of Strategy and Operations with Twilio with 12+ years of industry and management consulting experience. He has expertise in M&A, Strategy and Transformations. Before Twilio, Sidharth worked with McKinsey & Company leading multi-billion dollar growth transformations and turn-arounds.
Sidharth holds a Masters of Business Administration (Honors) degree from Boston University Questrom School of Business and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Thapar University.
